This FAQ will discuss how to get started using Weav Host. We will run through the entirity of the Setup Wizard as well as Weav Host settings screens. Weav is a powerful sharing solution which easily scales between small huddle spaces to large auditoriums with ease.

Weav Setup Wizard
1) Subscription Key
- Choose to either sign into your UC Workspace account or enter your license key
- Press "Activate" to use that license key
2) General Settings
- Choose a room name - this room name will be used when notes are sent through Weav.
3) Screen Settings
- Choose which monitor Weav displays on
- Choose if Titlebar, Close button, or minimize button are displayed
- Setup Weav default visibility
- Choose a background for the Weav interface
4) Wired Settings
- Enable or disable Wired Devices
- Adjust their name, the screen they display on and their visibility
5) AirServer Settings
- Enable or disable AirServer wireless sharing options
6) Email Settings
Emailing through Quicklaunch
- Setup which folder you want content to be collected in for emailing
Emailing with SMTP
- Setup SMTP server, username, passport, port, and choose SSL/TLS
- Optionally send a test email to an address to verify functionality
Weav Settings
To access Weav settings, click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the interface.
Room Settings
- The Room Settings give access to changing the Room Name as well as entering Turn Server settings.
- Turn Servers are required to share device screens from anywhere in the world and on any network connection. An IT manager will have to set this up in the space.
Display Settings
- Display settings give access to change which buttons appear on the taskbar, as well as adjusting the background image of Weav.
Text Settings
- Adjust the font family as well as the font size used when drawing on the Weav whiteboard.
Email Settings
- Change between Quicklaunch mailing and SMTP mailing from this settings screen.
Wired Device Settings
- Choose to enable or disabled wired sharing devices from the Weav Host.
Sharing Settings
- Choose to enable or disable AirServer and its options including AirPlay, Chromecast and Miracast
