Wireless Screen Sharing - No App (BYOD)
Android
Wireless share your phone's screen using the built in casting option. This requires your Android device to be on the same network as the Weav Host.
Chrome
Cast Tab or Desktop directly from your Google Chrome browser. Your Chrome browser must be on the same network as Weav Host.
Windows
Using Miracast, you can share from your Windows PC to the Weav Host, but the PC must be on the same network as Weav Host.
Apple
Share your Macbook/iMac to the Weav Host by using the built in AirPlay feature. You must be on the same network as Weav Host.
Weav Participant - With App (BYOM)
With the Weav app you can share files or your screen, start meetings and remote control from anywhere in the world.
Share Calendar
From the participant app, you can log into your Outlook calendar and share any meeting. If Quicklaunch is running, your meeting will launch using Quicklaunch settings, if Quicklaunch is not running, the meeting will be launched in your default browser.
Share Files
From the participant app, you can share files from any source including local, Dropbox, Box and OneDrive. If it is a common file type, the file will launch within the Weav Host. If it is a more obscure file, you will be prompted to open the file in a selected application.
Share Screen
From the participant app, you can press the "Play" icon to instantly share your screen to the meeting room's Weav Host session.
Remote Touchpad
From the participant app, you can control the mouse and keyboard of the meeting room PC using the built in touchpad and keyboard.
Quicklaunch Remote
From the participant app, you can completely control the Quicklaunch meeting room including launching the current meeting, running applications and performing a room reset.

From Weav Host, you can instantly grab a screenshot of whatever content is being shared and annotate on the image/file.
Annotate and Whiteboard
From Weav Host, you can easily grab screen shots and annotate - or open a blank whiteboard to collaborate thoughts and ideas in one general area.
Email Notes
From Weav Host, you can email any of the whoteboards or screen shots captured from the Host to all Weav participants or any Quicklaunch participants.

Launch Meetings with Quicklaunch
If Quicklaunch is running, any meeting launched through the Weav Participant will automatically be launched utiziling the Quicklaunch settings.
Quicklaunch Remote Control
The Quicklaunch Remote Control is accessible to all Weav Participants and offers the ability to completely control the Quicklaunch meeting space including launching meetings, running applications and performing the room reset.
